Shipping policy

I make and send my glass art from Roermond in the Netherlands. Before paying, check the selected product, variant, delivery address and delivery option carefully.

Costs and destinations

The available delivery options and shipping charge are shown at checkout for your address before you pay. If checkout does not offer a delivery option, contact me before ordering. For a large or custom piece, I confirm the delivery method and costs in the quote.

When will your work arrive?

The delivery period stated with the product, at checkout or in the agreed quote applies. If no different period has been agreed, consumer orders must be delivered within 30 days. A custom commission can have a different period, agreed before the order. Please check a gift deadline with me before buying; a calendar date is only agreed when I confirm it.

If a delay occurs, contact me so I can check the order. Your legal rights remain: depending on the circumstances, you can give a reasonable additional delivery period, or cancel without an additional period if I refuse delivery or an agreed essential deadline is missed.

Careful handling

I pack glass for transport. I remain responsible for delivery until you or a person you designate receives the order, subject to the statutory exception when you independently choose a carrier I did not offer. Contact me if a parcel is missing or damaged; you do not have to resolve that with the carrier yourself.

International orders

For delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply. Checkout states any amounts collected with your order.
