How to give and use my voucher
- Choose the gift. Select the €105 workshop voucher, or €25, €50 or €75 of flexible shop credit.
- Keep the email with the code. The digital voucher is delivered by email. Forward it or print it to give in person. Contact me before ordering if you would like the packaged presentation shown in the photograph.
- Let the recipient choose. Choose a product or an available workshop date. Enter and apply the voucher code at checkout, then complete the order or booking.
- Save the rest for later. The balance does not need to be spent at once. The same code remains usable while credit is available.
What happens to unused credit?
€75 voucher − €35 order = €40 remaining
If the checkout total is €35, €40 remains on the same voucher. There is no replacement code to manage and the unused credit is not lost.
The link in the gift voucher email opens the voucher and its current balance. Use the same code for the next order. If the order total is higher than the balance, pay the difference at checkout.
A creative day to look forward to
A workshop voucher lets you give an experience while leaving the date open. We make a glass piece together, step by step. Choose organic shapes with Tiffany, or the defined lines of a lead-came panel.
Both workshop types currently cost €105 per person. They take place at Willem II Singel 9, 6041 HP Roermond, the Netherlands. Each workshop card shows the date, time and available places. These are in-person workshops, not online classes.

Is the workshop voucher restricted to workshops?
The €105 workshop voucher is presented as a creative experience gift. It is shop credit and can also be used for my products. The €25, €50 and €75 general vouchers work for products and workshops too.
Does the voucher reserve a workshop place?
No. The recipient chooses an available workshop and books separately. A voucher does not give priority on a fully booked date. The price at the time of booking applies; if that price changes, there may be credit left or a difference to pay.
Will I receive the packaged voucher in the photo?
An online purchase delivers a digital voucher by email. Contact me before ordering if you would like the physical presentation. I will discuss the packaging and shipping arrangements with you.
Where can I check the balance?
Open the link in the gift voucher email to see the current credit. Keep the code safe. If you have lost the email, contact me with the order number; do not share the full gift card code publicly.
What conditions apply?
Use the voucher at Glasatelier Claire for products and workshops. It cannot be used to buy another gift voucher. Credit is applied to the total order amount. The workshop booking terms shown on the workshop and product pages apply when booking a date. Your statutory rights still apply; see my refund policy.
