Shipping to your US address

Shipping is calculated at checkout for your delivery address. If your address is not accepted, or you are arranging a larger custom piece, contact Claire before ordering so the shipping options can be checked.

Choosing the right size

Product descriptions include metric measurements and approximate inches. Check whether a measurement describes the glass itself, a single element in a garland or the total hanging length. Cord length is listed separately where specified. The window art guide helps you compare shapes and scale.

Availability and handmade variations

Select the exact product option you would like to see its availability. Each piece is handmade, so small variations in glass texture, color and size are part of its character. If you need a matching group of pieces, ask Claire about the options before ordering.

Questions about international ordering

For clarification about any import charges, delivery arrangements or return conditions for your purchase, contact Claire before paying. This guide does not promise a fixed delivery date or that import charges are included.

If there is a problem with your delivery or you would like to request a return, email Claire with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, include photographs of the item and packaging so she can review what happened.
