Why a logo usually needs simplification
Stained glass is built from separate pieces joined by lead lines or copper-foil construction. Very fine lettering, gradients and tiny gaps do not translate like print. A successful brief identifies the shapes and colors that make the mark recognizable, then allows the glasswork to express those essentials at an appropriate scale.
